Mobile app download and registration

1. Registered participants of 23^rd ICRAV will receive an invitation email containing a link to access the mobile app. To download the app, simply press the "DOWNLOAD APP" button provided in the email.

2. Users will be redirected to the Whova event page for the 23^rd ICRAV. From there, iOS users should click on the button, while Android users should click on the button, which will take them to the corresponding application platform to download and install the app.

3. Press the "DOWNLOAD" (for iOS user) or the "INSTALL" (for android user) to download and install the Whova app from the corresponding platform.

4. Follow the steps below to register a Whova account with your registration email address

Accessing Whova web portal

In addition to the Whova mobile app, users can also access Whova via the web portal on their personal computers.

1. In the invitation email, click the "DOWNLOAD APP" link.

2. Users will be redirected to the Whova event page for the 23^rd ICRAV. Click the "GO TO Web Portal" button.

3. Click "Sign up here" to register for a Whova account. For users who have already registered via mobile app, simply sign in with the registered email and password. You can access the web portal directly through the following link: https://whova.com/portal/webapp/ieac_202302/

4. Create an account using the email address you used to register for the event. Enter your name and a password for the account, then click on the "Sign up" button.

5. After successful registration, you will be automatically directed to the 23^rd ICRAV event page.
