Dear AORC and IGSRV members,

We are excited to announce that there will be 156 oral and poster presentations in this ICRAV – a record high in the history of the ICRAV! We are also grateful that many members and presenters have already registered within the extended early-bird registration period. The conference registration will last till mid-September with regular registration fee apply. However, please note that the availability of the Kerry Hotel’s guestrooms at ICRAV-only discounted rate may not be guaranteed after 15 August 2023. We highly encourage you and your colleagues to register and make your room reservation as soon as possible.

Official Mobile App – Whova

We are thrilled to invite you to experience the 23^rd ICRAV with the official conference app, Whova. Navigating through a few touches, you can easily access the latest information about the conference, plan your agenda, network with other attendees and sponsors, take digital notes, and participate in the sponsor-booth hunting game to win a prize.

Echoing our sustainability theme, you can enjoy paper-free note-taking with the mobile app. Whova can also be accessed through a web portal for those who prefer using their laptop computers. Registered delegates will receive an invitation email containing a link to install Whova and to access the web portal with a step-by-step guidance. If you have not received the invitation email by August or have any technical difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact our Event Manager at icrav2023@bonzameetings.com. We strongly encourage you to install the Whova app and to allow emails sent by @whova.io domain to reach your inbox in order to make the most out of the conference experience.

Updated Scientific Programme

The updated scientific programme with presentation titles can be viewed via the conference mobile app. Detailed abstract of each presentation will be available in the abstract book in-conference. An updated programme at a glance can be found in the Scientific Programme webpage.

Presentation Guidelines

For oral presentation, the time allocated for each presentation is 20 minutes, which includes 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for question-and-answer. For poster presentation, the maximum dimensions of the poster are ISO A0 size (width: 841 mm x height: 1189 mm) in portrait orientation. More details of the presentations can be found in the Presentation Guidelines. The presenter will also receive the guidelines and be notified about their presentation time and session in due course.

Author Guidelines for Publication in the 23^rd ICRAV Proceedings

The conference proceedings is a valuable opportunity to publish scientific results presented in the 23^rd ICRAV. The Organising Committee welcomes manuscript(s) from all presenters. Manuscripts should be sent to chantalgg@intnet.mu (Mrs Chantal Gordon Gentil, Production Editor) and info@icrav2023.com (23^rd ICRAV Secretariat) by 30 November 2023.
