Dear AORC and IGSRV members,

We would like to inform you that the deadline for abstract submission for our upcoming conference has been extended by two weeks.  The new deadline, including applications for Young Scientist Awards and Travel Grants, will be 15^th April 2023.  We appreciate that many of you might have been busy with other commitments, and would want to ensure that everyone has ample time to send in their submissions. 

However, please note that this extended deadline of 15^th April 2023 will be a hard deadline.  Abstracts cannot be accepted after this date due to our need to finalise the scientific programme by the end of May, and a decision on the acceptance, or otherwise, of all submitted abstracts will be issued by mid-May 2023.  As such, we urge you to submit your abstracts as soon as possible in order to avoid any last-minute rush and to ensure that your submissions can be considered for the 23^rd ICRAV.
